Power muesli bars

Power muesli bars
Ingredients (for approx. 16 bars)
60g maple syrup
40g brown cane sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine
180g basic muesli or oats

50g finely chopped dried apricots or raisins

50g seed mix

Preparation
1. Heat the syrup, sugar and butter in a pot and briefly bring
to the boil while stirring, and continue stirring until the
sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Mix in all the other ingredients, distribute the mixture in
the moulds and press down firmly.
3. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-assisted (180°C top/bottom
heat). Bake both silicone moulds on a baking tray or oven
rack for approx. 20 minutes in the middle of the preheate
oven.
Leave the moulds to cool on a rack and then carefully
remove the bars.
4. Layer them with baking paper and store them in a tin in
a cool place.
