Coconut and cranberry bars

Coconut cranberry bars
Ingredients (for approx. 16 bars)
60 g honey
40 g sugar
2tbsp butter or margarine
120g grated coconut

50g chia seeds
50g dried cranberries
50 g sunflower seeds

Preparation
1. Heat the honey, sugar and butter in a pot and briefly bring
to the boil while stirring, and continue stirring until the
sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Mix in all the other ingredients, distribute the mixture in
the moulds and press down firmly
3. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-assisted (180°C top/bottom
heat). Bake both silicone moulds on a baking tray or oven
rack for approx. 20 minutes in the middle of the preheated
oven
Leave the moulds to cool on a rack and then carefully
remove the bars
4. Layer them with baking paper and store them in a tin in
a cool place.
