So I decided to look into my headset issue (stiff and rusty).
After removing the steer tube and all recoverable spacers i found the top and bottom barrings to be rough. After cleaning and greasing up i put it all back together.
Now I’ve made things worst, i guess i’ve upset the balance in the barrings. Time for a new set i think!
Moral of the story, im no bike repairman!
