1/2 cup of quinoa
1 cup of water
2 spring onion
Hand full of tomato
1 tin of tuna
2 tbps of lemon juice
2 tbps of olive oil
1. Bring quinoa and water to the boil for 5 mins with the lid off.
2. Removed from heat add the lid and wait 20 mins
3. Cut up other ingredients
4. Add lemon and olive oil to quinoa – let is sit for a few mins
5. add chopped ingredients to quinoa
