Ingredients
Cakes
- 150g sugar
- 125g butter
- 150ml milk
- 4 tbsp of roteli
- 150g plain flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
Icing
- 250g butter
- 350g icing sugar
- 8 tbsp creamy roteli
Instructions
To make the cake
- Preheat oven to 180
- Cream sugar and butter together
- Add milk and roteli
- Then add flour and baking powder
- Mix together
- Cook for 20-25 mins
- Leave to cool
For the icing
- Cream Icing sugar and butter with roteli
