INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
1 banana
1 scoop of protein powder
¼ cup of oats
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend – if too thick add another ½ cup boiling water.
